Matt earned a BM with honors in Piano Performance and a MAT in music education from The University of the Arts, in Philadelphia, PA.
His piano teachers have included Carol Ingram, Clarence Watson, Trudy Pitts and Jamar Jones.
He has shared the stage with many great musicians including Rick Kerber, Dennis Wasko, Chris Vadala, Bill Watrous, Jeff Jarvis, Rick Lawn, R&B artist Vivian Green and Tower of Power's Dave Garibaldi.
As a free-lance writer/arranger has has contributed to the catalogs of Alfred Publishing, Word Music, The Lorenz Company, Mercer University Press, Lifeway Christian Resources and Shawnee Press.
Matt currently teaches music at Moorestown High School in Moorestown, NJ, and at the Conservatory of Musical Arts in Haddonfield, NJ.
